On April 02, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.94/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTT) into warning status as from April 09, 2019.

Reason: The after-tax profit in 2018 was -23,754,902,671 dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2018 was -220,378,047 dongs. This is the case of warned securities, regulated at Point b and Point c, Clause 1.1, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated 03/19/2018.
