Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) announces the record date to (1) perform the conversion rights, (2) receive bond interest and principal if bondholders do not register to convert bonds into shares:
- Record date to perform the conversion rights, to receive bond interest and principal: May 15, 2019
- Time to register to convert bonds: from May 22, 2019 to May 31, 2019
- Time to receive the shares converted from bonds, and bond interest and principal of the bonds not converted: as from June 24, 2019.
- Place of implementation:
- Bondholders whose bonds have been deposited: at the securities firms where the bonds have been deposited.
- Bondholders whose bonds have not been deposited: at Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.
For the bonds which are registered for conversion in the 6th phase dated June 24, 2019, the investors will not receive the bond interest and principal (for the period from June 25, 2018 to June 24, 2019) on the maturity date.
