On April 24, 2019, the Board resolution of Sea & Air Freight International approved to remain its stake ratio in SITC Vietnam Com Ltd with the following details:

-       Company name: SITC Vietnam Com Ltd

-       Charter capital: VND7,000,000,000; Of which:

+ Sea & Air Freight International contributed VND3,570,000,000, accounting for 51% charter capital of SITC Vietnam Com Ltd.

+ SITC Shipping Asia Pte. Limited contributed VND3,430,000,000, accounting for 49% charter capital of SITC Vietnam Com Ltd.

-       Project period: 20 years.
