PPI: Decision on delisting of stock

On April 18, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No. 130/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation (PPI):

-       Number of shares delisted     : 48,290,629 shares

-       Value of shares delisted        : VND482,906,290,000.

-       Effective delisting date          : May 20, 2019

-       Reason: The Company had losses in 2016, 2017 and 2018, in the case of securities delisted under Item 5, Clause 1, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
