1. Approving the report and the content of Annual General Meeting 2019:

-       Audited financial statements in 2018;

-       Report from the Supervisory Board;

-       Report on the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019;

-       Plan for profit distribution in 2018;

-       Business plan and profit distribution plan in 2019;

-       Report on the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board;

-       Report on the supplement of the company’s business lines;

-       Approving the additional election of member of Supervisory Board.

2. Approving the business performance in Q1.2019:

-       Revenue:      164.63 billion dongs

-       Profit:             84.05 billion dongs.

3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Phan Van Ha as Secretary and Authorized spokesman, he replaces Mr. Pham Phi Dieu as from April 12, 2019.
