LDG Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 08, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to implement the stock dividend payment and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

- To issue shares to pay dividend: 47,637,978 shares

Exercise ratio: 25%
Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

- To issue shares for ESOP: 2,000,000 shares.
