On December 07, 2018, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment JSC (HOSE: CII) reported the change of owning ratio of major shareholder. At the date of report, CII owned 42,867,542 shares, or 44% of NBB (on 97,432,174 outstanding shares of NBB). 

At the present, NBB would like to announce the change of listing shares as follows:

-          Charter capital: 1,004,756,560,000 VND

-          Listing volume: 100,475,656 shares

-          Outstanding volume: 100,336,256 shares

Because of the change of outstanding volume, the owning ratio of CII at NBB changes more than 1%. Therefore, CII is owning 42,867,542 shares, equivalent to 42.72% (on 100,336,256 outstanding shares of NBB).
