HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.03/HVC/NQ-HDQT/2019 dated February 28, 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders according to Board Resolution No.02/HVC/NQ-HDQT/2019:
