On March 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (stock code: HRC) approved the policy on investment cooperation in Industrial Zone – Services – Resettlement with Becamex IDC as follows:

-       Purpose: to build infrastructure of Industrial Zone – Services – Resettlement

-       Scale: 2,000 hectares

-       Location: Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province

-       Time of cooperation: 50 years.
