-      Number of shares owned by Vinamilk before trading: 5,788,470 shares (2.32%)

-      Number of shares expected for purchase: 116,711,530 shares (46.68%)

-      Expected owning ratio after trading: 49% of the total issued shares of GTN

-      Expected bidding price: VND13,000/share

-      Agent for purchase: Hochiminh City Securities Corporation.
