-   Number of shares expected to buy: 630,000 shares

-   Total value (based on par value): VND6,300,000,000

-   Expected purchase price: VND19,000/share

-   Total shares after the additional purchase: 1,530,000 shares, equivalent to VND15,300,000,000, accounting for 51% charter capital of Viet My Concrete Joint Stock Company.

-   Expected time for the purchase: Q1.2019.

-   To appoint Mr. Hoang Manh Huy as the representative of stake of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company in Viet My Concrete Joint Stock Company.
