The Board resolution dated February 27, 2019, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved the transactions with Vietnam – Russia Bank (VRB) as follows:

1. Foreign currency trading except FX swap  (including FX spot, FX Forward which has term of 03 months): USD17 million converted the foreign currencies USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, JPY, SGD.
2. Currency swap transaction (term: 03 months): USD40 million.

Deposit transaction (term: 01 month): USD10 million.
