According to Board Resolution No.05/2019 dated February 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company approved to implement the works after completing the ESOP.

The Board of Directors also approved the report on result of ESOP as follows:

-       Finish date of ESOP: February 20, 2019

-       Number of distributed shares: 900,000 shares.
