-       New company: FECON Deep Basement and Bored Pile Joint Stock Company

-       Short name: FDB JSC

-       Address: 16^th Floor, CEO Tower, Pham Hung street, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city.

-       Charter capital: VND18,000,000,000.

-       Capital amount contributed by FECON Corporation: VND17,980,000,000, accounting for 99.889% charter capital.

-       Time of establishment: in Quarter 1/2019.
