The Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) approved the following issues:

1. The Board resolution dated February 11, 2019, the Board of Directors approved to contribute capital for establishing the TTC Land Phu Quoc Real Estate Investment Com. Ltd:

- Address: Suoi Lon Hamlet, Duong To Commune, Phu Quoc District, Kien Giang Province.

- Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (TTC Land contributed 100% charter capital)

- To appoint Mr. Bui Tien Thang, Chief Executive Officer as the representative of capital of TTC Land in TTC Land Phu Quoc Real Estate Investment Com. Ltd.

2. The Board resolution dated February 12, 2019, the Board of Directors approved to contribute capital for establishing the TTC Land Rach Gia Real Estate Investment Com. Ltd:

- Address: 352 Pham Hung, Vinh Lac Ward, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province.

- Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (TTC Land contributed 100% charter capital)

- To appoint Mr. Bui Tien Thang, Chief Executive Officer as the representative of capital of TTC Land in TTC Land Rach Gia Real Estate Investment Com. Ltd.
