The Board resolution dated December 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) approved to invest capital in Central Wood Joint Stock Company with the charter capital of VND 60,000,000,000 (TTF contributed VND 30,600,000,000, accounting for 51% charter capital of Central Wood).

   The appointment of Mr. Mai Huu Tin as the representative of stake of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation in Central Wood Joint Stock Company.
