On December 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation approved the following issues:

Approving the restructuring of the company’s investment portfolio.
Approving the record date to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing regarding the share buyback as treasury shares.
Approving the plan for the buyback from 15 million shares to 20 million shares to make its treasury shares.
