On December 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of DRH Holdings JSC approve the redemption of ESOP shares as follows:

- Number of shares registered for share buyback: 60,000 shares

- Purpose of share buyback: to recover ESOP 2018 shares from employees resigned.

- Time of implementation: expected in Q1.2020

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
