The Board resolution dated December 17, 2019, the Board of Directors of TMT Motors Corporation (TMT) approved the following issues:

1. Approving the offering, transfer of the whole of capital in Service and Business No.8 Joint Stock Company:

- Offering price is not lower than book value, value of shares invested in Service and Business No.8 Joint Stock Company

- Time of implementation: before December 31, 2019.

2. Approving the offering, transfer of the whole of capital in 30-4 Design Consulting and Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company:

- Offering price is not lower than book value, value of shares invested in 30-4 Design Consulting and Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company

- Time of implementation: before December 31, 2019.
