The Board of Directors of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan for share buyback as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 28,100 shares

- Buyback volume: 19,250 shares

- Purpose: to revoke ESOP shares from the employees resigned.

- Expected trading period: from December 16, 2019 to December 31, 2019

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

- Price determination principle: 0 dongs.
