Purpose                               for the first phase of 2019 dividend in cash 

Dividend pay-out ratio:           15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

Payment date:                          January 14, 2020      

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company as from January 14, 2020.
