On October 31, 2019, Petro Center Corporation issued a resolution to approve the transfer of a part of stake in Gas Center Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-       Number of registered shares to transfer: 2,700,000 shares, equivalent to 15% charter capital of Gas Center.

-       Number of shares and ownership ratio after transferring: 14,200,000 shares, accounting for 78.89% charter capital in Gas Center.

-       Time of implementation: from October 31, 2019.
