On November 25, 2019, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 250,056 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 1,084,821 shares

- Purpose: to buy ESOP shares to make its treasury shares from the employees resign.

- Expected trading period: after 07 working days from the date of information disclosure

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
