On November 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (JVC) approved to sign a transaction contract to buy and sell the medical equipment between Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (JVC) and Kyoto Medical Science (KMS) (JVC is the owner of 100% charter capital of KMS)
