On November 14, 2019, the Hanoi City's People's Court issued a decision to cancel the entire arbitral award dated April 10, 2019 by Arbitral Tribunal 24/14 which required Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH) to compensate an amount equivalent to VND2,163,228,810,493.00 to the contractor combination including Hydro China Huadong Design Institution and China Railway 18th Bureau Group Co. Ltd.
