     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 15% (shareholders receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: TDT Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. Identification Card (original copy) is required. 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares shares will be cancelled.
     * Share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Number of shares to be issued: 2,404,512 share
          - Exercise rate: 10:03 (Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right, shareholders are entitled to buy 3 new shares for every 10 rights they own)
          - Issue price: 10.000 VND/share
          - Rounding method: The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit. 
          - For odd lot shares and undistributed shares: Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders. The unsold shares distributed to other subject will be under trading restriction for 1 year. Odd shares distributed to other subject will not be under trading restriction.

          - Time for transfer of purchase rights:

               + End date: 11/12/2019
          - Time for registration:
