Base on the Board resolution dated September 12, 2019, Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company (ABT) transferred the purchase rights of additional issuance shares of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company (FMC). Accordingly, Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company completed the selling of 8,089,000 purchase rights for Ta Foods Joint Stock Company. Therefore, Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company is no longer an associated company of ABT.
