Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Hong Duong as Chairman of the BOD as from October 28, 2019.

- Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc was appointed as Chairman of the BOD as from October 28, 2019.

- Mr. Pham Hong Duong was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from October 28, 2019.

- Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from October 28, 2019.

- Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc replaced Mr. Pham Hong Duong as the legal representative.
