The Board resolution dated October 28, 2019, Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 approved to raise the investment capital in BOT Joint Stock Company (BOT) to implement the Dong Phu – Binh Duong Street project. Details are as follows:

-       Company name: BOT Joint Stock Company (Dong Phu – Binh Duong Street)

-       Address: Tran Van Tra, Tan Phu Ward, Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province.

-       Charter capital: VND 225,000,000,000 (C32 held VND 33,750,000,000, accounting for 15% charter capital of BOT).

-       Expected additional contribution capital & ratio: VND 22,500,000,000, equivalent to 10%

-       Capital and ratio expected to be hold after additional capital contribution: VND 56,250,000,000, accounting for 25%.

-       After the transfer completes, Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 will be an associated company of BOT.

-       To appoint Mr. Vo Van Lanh, Chairman of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the representative of stake of Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 in BOT.
