1. Approving the contents of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019:

-       Report on the working regulation and voting methods at the general meeting;

-       Report on the merger plan of DIC Tourism and Trading JSC and plan for additional shares issuance to convert;

-       Report on the amendment and supplement of the company’s charter.

-       Other issues.
