According to Board Resolution No.59/2019 dated October 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Son Ha Sai Gon Joint Stock Company approved the plan for the distribution of odd-lot shares arising from the stock dividend payment for 2018 as follows:

-       Stock dividend rate for 2018: 10%

-       Record date: October 14, 2019

-       Number of shares issued for the dividend payment: 2,757,920 shares

-       Number of shareholders distributed: 629 shareholders

-       Number of shares distributed: 2,757,761 shares

-       Number of odd-lot shares: 159 shares

The Board of Directors approved the plan for distributing 159 shares to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh.
