On October 11, 2019, LDG Investment Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the business cooperation for the Bai But Beach Resort project at Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City between Hai Duy Joint Stock Company and partner. Details are as follows:

-          Total investment: expected about USD 350,000,000, equivalent to VND 8,141,000,000,000; Of which:

+ Hai Duy JSC contributes capital equal to the value of land use rights to implement the project, not less than VND 2,230,000,000.

+ The partner will contribute capital in cash to pay the entire construction contractor's total value, including expenses for the completion of technical infrastructure and the entire product of the project. The remaining costs are related to the project implementation.

-          Approving the appointment of the representative of stake and/or member of BOD in Hai Duy JSC.
