Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated September 30, 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the credit limit at BIDV – Thang Long branch with the amount of VND 1,333,000,000,000; Of which:

-       Short term borrowing:                VND 550,000,000,000;

-       Medium – long term borrowing:  VND   33,000,000,000;

-       Guarantee limit:                        VND 750,000,000,000.

2. Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company agreed to use its assets that are accepted by BIDV – Thang Long branch as the collateral for its credit obligation at BIDV – Thang Long branch.
