Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation would like to supplement the contents on the transaction with the following related companies:

According to the Resolution No.2010 dated October 02, 2018 approving the signing of transaction contract for Quang Chau and Bac Giang industrial zone & urban area project between Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Sai Gon – Bac Giang Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company with the contract value of VND600 billion.
According to the Resolution No.1010 dated October 10, 2018 approving the signing of transaction contract for Trang Due Hai Phong urban area project between Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company with the contract value of VND300 billion.
According to the Resolution No.2510 dated October 25, 2018 approving the signing of loan contract between Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Sai Gon – Bac Giang Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company (SBG) with total value of VND350 billion.
According to the Resolution No.0911 dated November 09, 2018 approving the signing of loan contract between Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company with total value of VND200 billion.
