1. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated June 13, 2017:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND54,990,290

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND274,951,448

-       Late payment: VND17,960,053.

2. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated December 28, 2018:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND29,143,050 and VND1,400,000

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND145,715,250

-       Late payment: VND6,695,834.
