-       Record date:  January 16, 2019

-       Payment date: January 29, 2019

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 9%/ par value (VND900/ share)

-       Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company.
