FPT Securities Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution No.01 dated January 23, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the business result in 2018 and business plan in 2019.
2. Approving the additional election of member of Independent BOD for the period 2018 – 2023.
3. Approving the content of Annual General Meeting 2019:

-       Report on the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board activities in 2018 and plan for 2019;

-   Approving the audited financial statements in 2018 and the profit distribution in 2018;

-       Approving the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019

-       Approving the selection of the audit firm to audit financial statements in 2019;

-       Approving the chairman of BOD will concurrently hold the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

-       Other issues.
