CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution No.01 dated January 21, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the business result in 2018.
2. Approving the business plan in 2019:
3. Approving CII B&R mortgage shares in TLMT project and additional mortgage of cash flow in Ninh Thuan 1 and Ninh Thuan 2 project for the issuance of CII bonds.
4. Approving the dissolution of CII Bridges and Roads Development Investment Com. Ltd that CII Bridges and Roads Investment JSC owned 100% charter capital.
5. Approving the plan for 2017 dividend payment:

-       To pay first cash dividend for 2017:

+ Exercise ratio: 6%

+ Payment time:  expected in Q2.2019

-       To pay remaining cash dividend for 2017:

+ Exercise ratio: 6%

+ Payment time:  expected in Q4.2019.
