The PAN Group Joint Stock Company announced the information on a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital:

Outstanding volume: 135,999,630 shares
Treasury volume: 102,000 shares

Financial resource: the owner’s capital.
Record date: February 01, 2019
