Payment date:                          February 20, 2019

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Vnsteel - Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation as from February 20, 2019.
