On January 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sao Mai Group Corporati approved to pay stock dividend for 2017 and 1^st 2018 as follows:

1. To pay stock dividend for 2017:

-       Exercise ratio: 5%/ charter capital

2. To pay stock dividend for 1^st 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 2%/charter capital.
