FLC Group Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the General Department of Taxation dated June 29, 2017 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND2,073,625 and VND8,400,000

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND2,339,792,767 and VND10,058,015,884

-       Personal income tax arrears: VND310,113,556

-       Late payment: VND3,524,330,202.
