1. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated July 24, 2017:

-       Penalty for tax procedures violation: VND26,510,077

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND132,550,386

-       Corporate income tax arrears in 2013, 2014 & 2015: VND132,550,386

-       Late payment: VND8,678,644.

2. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated May 04, 2018:

-       Penalty for tax procedures violation: VND12,000,000.

3. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated August 21, 2018:

-       Corporate income tax arrears in 2017: VND119,624,254

-       Value added tax arrears in 2017: VND10,198,682

-       Personal income tax arrears in 2016: VND35,323,635

-       Personal income tax arrears in 2017: VND24,819,300

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND37,993,174

-       Late payment: VND6,973,151.
