On December 26, 2018, the Board resolution of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) approved to raise charter capital to Hung Son Investment Com. Ltd with the following contents:

-       Registered charter capital: VND45,000,000,000

-       Additional capital contribution by VPI: VND46,750,000,000

-       Charter capital after the increase: VND91,750,000,000
