Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution No.12 dated January 14, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the business result in 2018 (parent company):

-       Revenue: 981,489 million dongs;

-       Profit before tax: 210,132 million dongs;

-       Profit after tax: 200,215 million dongs.

2. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 15%/share (1,500 dongs/share)

-       Payment time: Q1.2019.

3. Approving the establishment of Vinaseed Research and Development Centre (short name: VRDC) with total investment of VND308,207,280,586.
