The Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved to transfer receivables of VND2,630,000,000,000 into the stake to Trang Cat Urban Development Com. Ltd. According, KBC will raise total equity capital in Trang Cat Urban Development Com. Ltd to VND4,130,000,000,000 and own 100% stake.
