On August 24, 2018, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
2. To raise its charter capital from VND150,000,000,000 up to VND172,000,000,000.
3. To amend its charter.
