On August 22, 2018, the BODs of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved to handle the fractional shares of the stock issuance for capital increase as follows:

1. Approving to handle the fractional shares for rounding down to dozens of the stock issuance to pay dividend from the owner’s equity:
2. Number of fractional shares: 55 shares (based on the list of investors owned the received stock of the stock issuance to pay dividend from the owner’s equity No.B018/2018-GEX/VSD-ĐK dated August 21, 2018.

-       Selling price: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Time for settlement to purchase shares: no later than 17:00, August 22, 2018

-       These shares will not be restricted the transfer.

3. Approving the investor is distributed 55 fractional shares:
