On August 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of SAM Holdings Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to the 2017 dividend payment:

-       Exercise ratio: 100:3 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right and 100 rights will receive 03 new shares.)

-       Estimated issue volume: 7,253,572 shares

-       Total issue value: VND72,535,720,000

-       Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: Quarter 3-4, 2018.
