On August 21, 2018, S.P.M Corporation announces the record date for collecting shareholders' opinion as follows:

- Record date: September 14, 2018

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Time of implementation: expected in September 2018

- Address: lot 51, Street No.2, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Content: to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing about the dividend payment in cash for 2017 at the ratio of 10%.
